About the event
In partnership with the RSF Association, please join us as we mark our incredible Centennial milestone with the planting of a California Oak, a living symbol of the Garden Club’s century of growth and commitment to our community.
The centennial ceremony will begin at 3:00 p.m. in downtown Rancho Santa Fe at the Lillian Rice Statue in North Village Park, where the RSF Association Public Works Department will plant the commemorative oak. Following the tree planting, we’ll gather at the Secret Garden at approximately 3:45 p.m. for a casual potluck celebration.
North Village Park is located across from Banc of California on Avenida de Acacias, between El Tordo and Linea Del Cielo, and is within walking distance of the Secret Garden.
Bring a favorite dish to share! The Garden Club will provide beverages, plates, and cutlery, so all you need to bring is something delicious. You’re welcome to drop your dish off at the Secret Garden between 2:30 and 2:45 p.m. on your way to North Village Park.
This is a relaxed celebration of our 100 years together; a chance to mingle, catch up with friends, meet fellow members, and celebrate the wonderful history of the Rancho Santa Fe Garden Club.
Please RSVP so we can plan accordingly and make sure we have plenty of beverages and supplies for everyone.
