Patti has been a member of the Garden Club for the past several years and currently serves on the Board of Directors and as Co-Chair of the Grant Committee, which has been an especially rewarding experience for her. Patti has a BS in Nursing from the University of Kansas, and an advanced degree in Healthcare Management from St. Louis University.  She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient clinical care settings and served administratively as a Nursing Case Manager.  

Her volunteer experience includes Red Cross, Junior League, and as a Board member for the Santaluz Community Council. Patti settled in San Diego 15 years ago after having lived in 13 other states. She is widowed and has two grown sons and five grandchildren. In her leisure time, Patti enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends, and keeping up with her active labradoodle, “Finnegan.”
